3 Ingredient Banana Pancakes
Low carb, high protein pancakes
- 2 Free Range Eggs
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Butter
- Put all the ingredients into a high powered blender and blitz until smooth.
- Heat a little of the butter in a frying pan and pour in small amounts of the mixture. Cook for 3-4 mins over a medium heat then carefully flip. Cook for a further 1-2 minutes.
- Serve hot or cold. These freeze well and are great reheated in a pan or microwave so make a big batch and that's breakfast sorted for a few days.My boys love these cold in their lunch box too.
