  • Food Processor


  • 250 ml Live plain natural yoghurt
  • 500 g Frozen Berries
  • 1 tbsp Honey (optional)


  • Put all the ingredients into a food processor and blitz until smooth but still frozen and scoopable.
  • Eat immediately or pop back in the freezer to eat later.


This 'ice cream' is quick and simple to make. It comnatins the probiotic goodness of the live yoghurt and the polyphenols and antioxidants in the berries. I prefer it withouth any honey but it is too sour for my children who like to add a little honey.
Even with the added sugar it is over and above a better ice cream choice than the manufactured variety, packed full of sugar and all sorts of other hidden preservatives and nasties!
