Quick 3 Ingredient Ice Cream
Healthier ice cream for when you just want something sweet

- 250 ml Live plain natural yoghurt
- 500 g Frozen Berries
- 1 tbsp Honey (optional)
This 'ice cream' is quick and simple to make. It comnatins the probiotic goodness of the live yoghurt and the polyphenols and antioxidants in the berries. I prefer it withouth any honey but it is too sour for my children who like to add a little honey.
Even with the added sugar it is over and above a better ice cream choice than the manufactured variety, packed full of sugar and all sorts of other hidden preservatives and nasties!
