3 Ingredient Banana Pancakes

  • 2 Free Range Eggs
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Butter


  • Put all the ingredients into a high powered blender and blitz until smooth.
  • Heat a little of the butter in a frying pan and pour in small amounts of the mixture. Cook for 3-4 mins over a medium heat then carefully flip. Cook for a further 1-2 minutes.
  • Serve hot or cold. These freeze well and are great reheated in a pan or microwave so make a big batch and that's breakfast sorted for a few days.
    My boys love these cold in their lunch box too.
